A Family Practice

Dr. Andrew Crellin has been practicing chiropractic and physical therapy in West Warwick Rhode Island since 1990. Five years ago his son Jackson joined the administrative staff and in May 2019, Alex his second son, graduated from the University of Bridgeport with a degree in chiropractic medicine and joined the practice in June.

Elaine Crellin RPT, Dr. Crellin's wife, is the owner of Sport and Spine Physical Therapy and works right next door.

Over the years the practice has focused on neuromuscular-skeletal conditions. There are many ways to treat an injured spine and Dr Crellin has incorporated new techniques and programs into his practice as the field has evolved.

However the tried and true approach of hands on treatment, combined with spinal rehabilitation will always be the corner stone of care.

At Crellin Chiropractic Pain and Injury Center we are here to serve you. We want to hear your story, and get to the bottom of your problem. Once we have determined the nature of your condition, our job is to make our recommendations based on the best possible care available.

We know with insurances companies constantly cutting benefits; the best possible care, is not always affordable. We will work with you on this.

We are open 5 days a week and some evenings. Walk-ins welcome on an emergency basis.
